Derwent Living has received news that from a recent survey that more residents than ever before are more satisfied with the service they have been receiving from the derby based hosing provider.
The STATUS survey was issued in June to all the residents who had bought or paid for the services of Derwent Living across the regions of South Yorkshire, the Midlands and the South East. Results from this survey have recently been published showing a rise from 81% of residents satisfied to 85% in 2010. These results also outperform many other local and national providers in the same areas.
The survey has also shown that there has been a rise in the number of residents satisfied with the repair service Derwent Living offer, as well as an increase in its customer and staff relations and how many find the staff more approachable and friendlier.
Many residents now feel that Derwent Living cares about its customers and that their views are actually being taken into consideration by the company when looking to improve its current services.
