The Home Builders Federation (HBF) has named CALA Homes ‘the best house builders’ in the United Kingdom.
The Scottish based premium house-building group received the top customer satisfaction ratings out of all of the major United Kingdom house builders in a National Survey of people, who had bought a new home during 2009.
CALA Homes came top in six of the eight categories that new homebuyers were questioned about. In some of the categories, CALA Homes were more than 10% above the average score, with 95.6% voting CALA Homes for best overall customer satisfaction and 97.2% voting CALA Homes as the home builders customers would most likely recommend to a friend.
CALA Homes were also voted top in the categories for the best home builders for completing homes on time, for the condition homes were found in on move in day, the standard of the finish of their new homes and the post-move in service that CALA Homes had to offer.
CALA Homes have a number of housing developments across West Scotland, which offer buyers a wide range of luxury housing styles including CALA’S superior specification.
