The show home at the Miller Homes’ Priory Chase development, which is situated in Pontefract, has undergone a re-vamp and seen its lounge transform, thanks to interior designer Jeanette Holmes.

With its luxurious chocolate colours and its warm cream wallpapered background, the living room has been laid with wooden flooring and a large textured rug has been placed in the centre of the room to create a cosier and more homely atmosphere. The room has been furnished with the practical items that you would expect to find in a modern day home, such as a TV stand and coffee table, allowing visitors to full appreciate how their new Miller Home could be styled.

There are still several properties available at Priory Chase, including a couple of two bedroom apartments that start from £101,000 and several three-bedroom townhouses that begin at £138.500.

Priory Chase also benefits from shopping and leisure facilities that can be found nearby. MILLER HOMES RE-OPENS DEVELOPMENT TO FULFIL DEMAND

Monday, August 23rd, 2010

After the completion of other awarding winning developments in the centre of Bradford City, Miller Homes are due to reopen its Flaxton Court development on the 30th July, as a direct response to the popularity of other new homes in Bradford.

Miller Homes plan to offer a selection of properties, ranging from two bedroom apartments to two, three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached properties. From the Sales Centre that can be found at Flaxton Court, prices and individual home specifications are available with further details of financial assistance schemes, such as MiWay and MiSwap.

MiWay is a shared equity scheme that allows buyers to only have to pay 80% of the price now and then the remaining 20% later on, yet confidently owning 100% of their property from the start. Homebuyers are able to arrange their own finance for the 80% of the value with Miller Homes providing 0% APR loan for the remaining 20% that is secured by a second mortgage. Customers have to pay back the remaining 20% loan when either they sell or transfer the house, or after ten years – whichever happens sooner.

MiSwap is a successful part exchange programme that was set up by miller Homes and is designed to help buyers with homes to sell. Miller Homes purchase the home buyers existing home for a fair and independently assessed price, making the process much quicker for the buying and selling of the properties.

Located in Tyersal, Flaxton Court is just two miles from the centre of the city of Bradford, which is currently enjoying the benefits of an extensive regeneration programme. With excellent commuting links with the M1 and M62 and Leeds Bradford Airport, Flaxton Court is an ideal choice with commuters working in nearby areas.
