MiWay is a shared equity scheme that allows buyers to only have to pay 80% of the price now and then the remaining 20% later on, yet confidently owning 100% of their property from the start. Homebuyers are able to arrange their own finance for the 80% of the value with Miller Homes providing 0% APR loan for the remaining 20% that is secured by a second mortgage. Customers have to pay back the remaining 20% loan when either they sell or transfer the house, or after ten years – whichever happens sooner. 

MiSwap is a successful part exchange programme that was set up by miller Homes and is designed to help buyers with homes to sell.
