Orbit Homes has something to celebrated, as work has begun on its Norse Road development to build a 300 plus homes within the city of Bedford. Costing over £29.5 million to build, the development has been officially named as Aspire and has been particularly funded by the Homes and Communities agency (HCA).
The development site is expected to make a huge positive impact on the availability of new homes in Bedford. The homes will not only be of the highest quality but will be affordable.
There will be a mixture of homes available ranging from one to two bedroom properties to three to four bedroom family homes. There will also be a mix of share ownership homes, rented properties and outright sales.
The first release of Aspire Homes are expected to be made available early 2011, with some buyers being able to move in as a early as summer 2011. The whole development is expected to be completed by 2016.
