Firstwater Developments

FirstWater Developments is an exciting new developer based in Kent. The Company was formed at the start of 2004, by colleagues, who used to operate as regional directors for a national house builder. Dedicated to designing and constructing exceptional homes in desirable locations, with the needs of their customers uppermost, Firstwater Developments are setting out to offer an alternative to the volume house builders, such as Bryant Homes, Persimmon, and Redrow Homes. Each of the Directors is an equal shareholder in the company, and has a defined area of responsibility within the organisation, covering Land, Sales and Build. Between them they have spent over 40 years in the industry. Being able to offer separate and distinct disciplines, is a major advantage in the competitive field of residential property development. This was one of the driving forces behind the formation of the Company at the outset.
