Lea Valley Homes are part of the Aldwyck Housing Group.

After success with the Starter Home Initiative in Hertfordshire for various key worker groups, Lea Valley Homes was appointed by the Housing Corporation as the Zone Agent for Hertfordshire to administer the government-led Key Worker Living initiative in April 2004. The agency was re-named �HomeBuy Agency� in April 2006.

They provide a �one-stop-shop� and point of contact for Hertfordshire residents and Hertfordshire key workers interested in accessing Affordable Housing including low cost home ownership and intermediate rent.
