Established in 1966 the company completed their first building project. The first shred ownership homes were delivered as far back as 1980 and in 1999 the company were proud to become the first sellers of homes under the Government’s HomeBuy scheme.
In 2003 Thames Valley Housing Association were appointed preferred partners by the Housing Corporation to provide new home in the South East and West London.
Thames Valley Housing Association are also proud of how they treat staff as they were named within the ‘Top 100 companies to work for list’ by the Sunday times in 2006 within the same year as the completion of their 10,000th house that marked their 40th year.
Opening their Homebuy4you sales shop in Camberley in 2008 the company brought affordable home ownership to the high street.
