Zero C was formed in 2008 from the award winning house builder Cornhill Estates, a company that has been building very high quality homes and mixed use developments for the past 10 years.

Zero C are award winning developers. Their residential housing scheme at Upton, Northampton won the BRE award for the highest scoring BREEAM EcoHomes development in the United Kingdom in 2007. Their residential scheme on the Prince of Wales's Poundbury development in Dorchester won the 2007 Regen SW award for the best sustainable housing scheme to be delivered in the South West in 2007.
