Farnborough is a town in the Rushmoor district of Hampshire. It has one main shopping centre divided into three areas: Kingsmead and Queensmead (which are currently undergoing redevelopment) and Princesmead. There is a smaller shopping centre in South Farnborough, which is actually known as North Camp Village.
The western half of Farnborough is more rural, with little villages and military land.
London can be reached by rail or via the M3 motorway. Four railway stations serve Farnborough.
Farnborough has ten primary schools and four state secondary schools and is also home to The Sixth Form College, Farnborough.
