Lynne and Simon Strawbridge aren’t the average pair of first-time buyers – a married couple in their 40’s but after their children ages 19 and 23 years old left home they decided it was time to get of a renting and buy a new home. Following months of visiting new homes around the area the couple decided on Persimmon Homes Clayton Court development in Pontarddulais. FTB deals at Taylor Wimpey Isaac's Place

Potential first-time buyers are being invited to take advantage of deals on offer at Taylor Wimpeys new Isaac’s Place development in Grantham where there are great incentives on offer for eligible purchasers.
With the Easy Start initiative buyers can secure a new home for 85% of the price – as little as £93,495. They would require a 5% deposit and a mortgage of 80% - the remaining 15% is supplied by Taylor Wimpey as an equity loan repayable at market value in three instalments over ten years.
Meanwhile the Take5 deal is also on offer, where purchasers can get a 95% mortgage on selected two bedroom homes via Melton Mowbray Building Society. This mean eligible purchasers will need a 5% deposit – which could be £5,499 – they will then benefit from a mortgage with interest rate of just 5.49% until 2013.
