Website advertising Terms and Conditions
NewHomesForSale.co.uk Limited (the website owner) requires all bookings to be confirmed with a completed and signed booking form.
Every effort will be made to ensure developments will be added by the agreed date.
Although no guarantee can be given that an advertisement will appear on a specified date or in any particular position although every effort will be made to meet advertiser’s requirements.
Featured developments will be invoiced from the 1st of the month per calendar month. If a development is only displayed for a part month the invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
The invoice will be billed in arrears and will detail each development featured. Minimum booking is 6 months after which the agreement will continue on a monthly basis unless cancelled. A discounted rate is available for 12 month bookings.
Any queries relating to invoices should be made within 60 days of invoice date. After that time it may not be possible to recover the original data and adjustments cannot be made.
NewHomesForSale.co.uk Limited reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order or part of an order without giving any explanation and shall not be held liable for any loss occasioned by failure of a development to appear on the website or any damage or inconvenience caused by errors omissions and misprints.
Cancellations may be considered for developments that are ‘sold out’ during the contract period. Should there be a substitute development that is not already fully featured, we would request that it replaces the ‘sold out’ development for the remainder of the contract period. If no suitable substitution is available, please contact us to discuss.
The publisher shall not be required to print any matter, which in its opinion is or may be illegal or libellous in nature and the advertiser shall indemnify the publisher in respect of any claims costs and expenses arising out of any illegal or libellous matter printed for the advertiser and any infringement of copyright patent or design.
The placing of an order for the inclusion of a featured development or other type of advertisement on the website shall amount to an acceptance of these conditions and any conditions stipulated on a customer’s order form or elsewhere shall be void in so far as they conflict with them.
Credit facilities will be at the discretion of the publisher and payment will be due not later than last day of the month following the month of inclusion on the website. The publisher will take court action to recover outstanding debts.
