About the Development

Set in the stunning village of Huntington, within easy reach of the cathedral city of Chester, Regent's Grange has much to offer. Whether you are a first time buyer, a growing family or your family have grown and gone, Regent's Grange has something for everyone.

With an abundance of scenic walks on your doorstep, taking in the Nature Park and canals, along with local parks for the children. Regent's Grange enjoys a rural village setting, yet still has enviable amenities close at hand. The catchment area is within the much sought after Huntington Primary School, with Bishops and Christleton High School to follow. There is also a choice of highly regarded private schools available locally, including Abbeygate, Kings and Queens.

At Regent's Grange gives you the best of both worlds,  a rural retreat with village amenities close by when you need them, combined with the convenience of the breathtaking city of Chester within easy grasp - just like the Heritage Collection that offers the very best of both worlds, combining traditional craftsmanship with interiors designed for modern living.

Medieval Chester is the jewel of Cheshire. One visit to this glorious city will have you hooked. Wine bars and bistros abound, as do bespoke boutiques, all enjoyed in a unique atmosphere created by the delightful architecture contained within the historic city walls.

The city boasts a selection of charming local pubs offering good food, with many more to be found in the neighbouring villages of Aldford and Farndon.

Amenities

Whether you are looking for private or NHS services, Chester has a range of doctors and dentists to meet your needs. Close to the Regent's Grange development you will find the doctors’ surgery at the Heathlane Medical Centre and a dentist offering NHS places at the White House Dental Practice.

Dining

For top-quality dining look no further than Chester. The city has a lively night life and entertainment scene all set within the historic walls of the city. Your dining experiences may take on one of the many historic themes associated with the city, or you can opt for the very latest trends in modern cuisine. From top-notch restaurants to warm and welcoming local pubs, the city and surrounding area has no shortage of quality places to dine.

Education

Finding the right school for children won’t be a problem for new residents of Regent's Grange. The area has many primary schools, secondary schools and colleges on its doorstep and further afield, and offers the very best in both state and private education. If it is private education you are looking for, the area is home to the historic and renowned Kings School. Chester has its own university but is also close to Glyndwr University in Wrexham and has good access to the universities of Liverpool and Manchester.

Leisure

As well as eating out there is much more to enjoy in the city of Chester. The many cinemas and theatres are popular destinations, as are the pubs and clubs for those who prefer something a little more lively. For music gigs and concerts, Chester is within reach of the Liverpool Echo Arena, and regular concerts can also be enjoyed at other Cheshire locations such as Jodrell Bank and even Delamere Forest. For a great day out, you might want to try a day at the races if you have never been before. Chester's racecourse is famous for guaranteeing a great day’s entertainment, with the horse racing being just one part of the package. For a more relaxed day of activities, you can take your pick from a number of local golf courses, including the Eaton and Vicars Cross.

Shopping

Chester is an ideal place to go shopping. It has all the latest high street retail outlets and independent traders within the picturesque surroundings of the historic city. The Grosvenor Shopping Centre is home to Chester’s flagship store, Brown’s of Chester, and a range of specialist and exclusive stores can be found along The Rows. If you don’t mind travelling out of the city centre, then you can enjoy the many outlet stores available at the Cheshire Oaks complex. For your everyday essentials, Regent's Grange is conveniently located near to a large Sainsbury’s, and the village itself has a post office and a few local shops and even a garden centre.

Transport

Regent's Grange is situated within close reach of the A55, which is the main ring road for Chester. The A55 links Chester to North Wales, and if you travel east along the road then it becomes the M53 motorway. The M53 provides a direct link to both Manchester and Liverpool, making Chester an ideal location for commuters. Rail travellers can also find easy connections to Liverpool and Manchester from Chester Railway Station. As well as linking out to the east and west, Chester station also operates regular direct services to London, with the journey taking little more than two hours. Regular flyers will be spoilt for choice as they find themselves within easy reach of both Manchester Airport and Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Ways To Help You Move

Part Exchange

The chain free way to upgrade to a new Redrow home

With no lengthy chains getting in the way, and all your estate agent fees paid for you, Part Exchange is the easiest and most straightforward way to move to your new dream home.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, then pop down to the development that’s caught your eye and have a chat with one of our Sales Consultants. They’ll not only tell you which of the properties are available for Part Exchange, they’ll fill you in on all the finer details.

If you’re happy with what you hear, you’ll then be asked to complete a simple questionnaire. When that’s done, we’ll set the ball rolling by arranging for an independent estate agent to value your home.

Then, if the value of your property is at least 35% lower than the value of your chosen Redrow home, you could be sending out the ‘We’ve Moved’ cards before you know it.

For Part Exchange to take place, the value of your property must usually be a minimum 35% less than your chosen home. Subject to availability, on selected plots only

Please note, if having sold your property through Mastermove, you decide for any reason you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase of the Redrow home, then you become responsible for the estate agent's fees and costs. If a customer completes on their related sale prior to the completion of their Redrow home they must pay the estate agent fees in full and the Redrow fee contribution will be reimbursed upon legal completion. Subject to build stage.
