Our new homes at Weaver Park lie within easy reach of a range of shops, including CoOp and Sainsbury’s Local, as well as independent butchers and bakers. Hartford is only around two miles from the busy town of Northwich, which plays host to a range of local and national shops, along with major supermarkets such as Waitrose and Tesco.

For your medical needs, Danebridge Medical Practice is located on London Road and is just shy of three miles away from our new homes, whilst the closest dentist can be found at the Abbey Dental Practice on Regency Road, just over a mile away. The closest hospital is the Victoria Infirmary, which is three miles away.

Dining

Having somewhere fairly close to hand when you want to go out for something to eat is a very important thing to many, and you are spoilt for choice at Weaver Park with a range of bistros within walking distance. The award winning restaurant, Chime, is a short walk away in Hartford village. A friendly & contemporary restaurant and wine bar offering menu classics with a modern twist. Relish is also close by and very popular. A short walk away is the family friendly pub, The Coachman, while Hartford Hall is great for family meals in the restaurant or for a pit stop pint in the dog friendly country style bar.

Education

Hartford Manor Community Primary School and Hartford Primary School are both within easy reach of the development. Leisure

Weaver Park is located more or less equidistant between Liverpool and Manchester, meaning that the attractions of both cities are within easy reach. Whether you want to take a tour down the Ship Canal in Manchester or take in the historic docks in Liverpool, there is plenty of history to take in around the area.

If outdoor pursuits are more your thing, Weaver Park is only a short drive from the vast and sprawling Delamere Forest, which contains a range of marked routes suitable for all abilities, from pram and wheelchair-friendly strolls to more ambitious hikes. If you want to get around on public transport, Hartford Station is just over a mile away, and offers services between Liverpool, Birmingham and to London Euston, via Crewe, in just 2 hours. Greenbank Station provides access to central Manchester stations. For air travel, Manchester Airport is your closest airport and is around half an hour's drive away.
