Your nearest surgery is at the Bollington Medical Centre, which is just over a mile and a half away from the new development. Prestbury Road is the location of the closest dental practice, around four miles from the homes.

Education

Children of primary age have a school just over a mile from our development. The Marlborough primary school is on Tytherington Road and was rated ‘Good’ when visited by schools' inspectorate Ofsted in 2012. Older children will be able to attend Tytherington High School, which is around a mile and a half from the development and was was also found to be ‘Good’ in 2011 inspections.

Leisure

Living close to the town of Macclesfield, there is plenty to do. When it comes to public transport, Tytherington is served by Prestbury station, which is around a mile and a half from the new homes. Trains to Manchester take around half an hour, and stop at all of the major stations along the line. The nearest airport is Manchester International Airport, which offers a range of domestic and international flights.
