About Wards of Kent

Part of Arun Estate Agencies Ltd, Wards was bought by chairman Paul Rooney in 1991. Since then, he’s worked hard to develop an estate agency that provides a service a cut above the rest.

Over the years, he’s brought together a team of like-minded professionals, each of whom shares his vision to create an estate agency that will adjust to the evolving needs of its customers – a place where nothing is too much trouble.

At its helm is David Lench – our Group Managing Director. David shares Paul's philosophy of putting people first – after all, an estate agency is a ‘people’ business where quality of service makes all the difference.
