About the Development

Located on the eastern edge of the delightful country town of Ottery St Mary and surrounded by open farmland, Otter Grange enjoys an enviable country lifestyle that is rare to find in today’s world. The welcoming community boasts excellent amenities and commendable local schools, plus a host of sports clubs and societies that will quickly make you feel at home. Yet this rural idyll lies within easy reach of Exeter and Taunton, meaning that you enjoy the best of modern life too.

This harmonious mixture can also be seen within the ethos of the Heritage Collection homes. Traditional exteriors are paired with the most modern of interiors to give you a home that meets every need. With 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses awash with individual character, you are sure to find the home you have always dreamed of.
