Transport

The development lies just a couple of minutes from the A127, giving direct access to London and the M25 just over 11 miles away. London Stanstead Airport and Southend Airport are also both within easy reach.

Most commuters prefer to travel to the city by train, and there is a choice of stations close to the development. Busses from Ballards Walk run direct to Basildon Station, alternatively there is a large car park for over 240 cars at Laindon Station. Travel time to London is just 35 minutes with a train every ten minutes in the rush hour. In the opposite direction, Southend Central is just 20 minutes ride.
