Although Folly Grove enjoys a semi-rural situation, the M25 is just 16 miles away by car meaning London is easily accessible; indeed, Hockley's easy links via road and rail to the capital have made it a popular place to live for commuters. Hockley train station is within walking distance from the development and provides regular services to Southend in 8-12 minutes and to London in less than 50 minutes.
