About the Development

Just five miles north of cultural Cheltenham and ten minutes from the M5, Bishops Cleeve is well connected for both work and leisure. Yet this sought after village still enjoys the peace and quiet of rural life, right on the edge of the Cotswolds, giving you and your family the very best of both worlds.

Wendlescliffe lies at the top of the village, surrounded by open countryside, providing three and four bedroom Heritage Collection homes that also offer the best of both worlds. These homes have real kerb appeal, thanks to their Arts and Crafts inspired architecture, yet inside they are designed with modern family living in mind.

Amenities

There are two supermarkets in the town, a Lidl and a Tesco, along with a wide selection of local shops and stores.

Bishops Cleeve is just a few minutes drive from Cheltenham. Trains from Chetenham Spa run on the Bristol to Birmingham rail line, reaching either city in around 45 minutes. Cheltenham Spa also has direct services to London Waterloo in two and a quarter hours.

The A435 passes close to the development, linking to the M5 just 6 miles away providing swift connections to the South West and the West Midlands.

Education

Bishops Cleeve schools come highly rated by Ofsted, with both Bishops Cleeve Primary and Cleeve School ranked good with outstanding features. Grangefield Primary, also in the village, is also ranked good.

Travel a little further and the standards are even higher, with nearby Gotherington Primary rated outstanding overall, and Winchcombe School rated good with outstanding features. Winchcombe has just 500 pupils, compared to the 1650 of Cleeve School and so is well worth the extra travel time.
