About the Development

Famously patronised by King George III, the spa town of Cheltenham has been attracting and delighting visitors ever since. Hardly surprising when you consider the wealth of cultural and entertainment options available in the town, along with the excellent selection of shopping amongst the award winning tree lined boulevards.

Conveniently located just to the south west of Cheltenham, within easy reach of both the town and the M5, Brizen View is perfectly placed for you and your family. With a magnificent collection of three, four and five bedroom homes from the Heritage Collection, this is exclusive, executive living at its very best.

Dining

Cheltenham has over 100 restaurants to choose from, from chic café culture to international fine dining. Amongst the many worth visiting are Le Petit Blanc, Lumiere and Brosh, along with Le Champignon Sauvage and the Mayflower. The Brewery entertainment complex is also home to a variety of restaurants, including Portuguese, Italian, Mexican and Chinese.

True food lovers will flock to the annual food and drink festival, one of the many annual festivals hosted by the racecourse.

Education

Cheltenham has an enviable reputation for high quality education in both the state and independent sectors. On the state side, both Leckhampton CofE Primary and Warden Hill Primary are within easy reach of the development, with Cheltenham Bourneside School also close by for older pupils.

Private education is provided by a range of highly regarded institutions within the town, including Dean Close School and Cheltenham College, which offer education from prep to sixth form, and Cheltenham Ladies College, which offers education from 11+. There are also a number of independent prep schools that feed these establishments.

Leisure

Cheltenham is a well known international cultural centre with a wide variety of venues staging productions for all tastes, from theatre and comedy to music and dance. Check the full programmes at the Everyman, Playhouse or Beacon theatres, or watch out for special performances at Cheltenham Town Hall or the impressive Centaur at the race course. There is also a multi-screen Cineworld cinema at the Brewery entertainment complex.

For sport, Cheltemham offers a choice of the main leisure centre or the popular Sandford Park Lido outdoor pool, plus a choice of challenging golf clubs, including Lilley Brook, Cotswold Hills, Ullenwood and Manor. Cheltenham is also famous for its horse racing, with the Gold Cup meeting in the Autumn a major event on the racing calendar.

Shopping

Cheltenham is a shoppers paradise, with a choice of quirky independent stores in fascinating parades, such as The Promenade and Regent Street, and major high street names in modern malls, such as Beechwood Shopping Centre, the Brewery and Regent Arcade. Montpellier and The Suffolks are also excellent places to browse away and afternoon amongst high class boutiques and specialist shops. If you prefer out of town shopping, head for Kingsditch or Gallagher retail parks.

Cheltenham has a market in the centre of town every Thursday, with a Farmer’s Market on the Promenade on the second and last Friday of each month. The racecourse holds a popular antiques and collectors fair on the last Sunday of every month.
