Conveniently located just to the south west of Cheltenham, within easy reach of both the town and the M5, Brizen View is perfectly placed for you and your family. With a magnificent collection of four and five bedroom homes from the Heritage Collection, this is exclusive, executive living at its very best.

Dining

Cheltenham has over 100 restaurants to choose from, from chic café culture to international fine dining. Amongst the many worth visiting are Le Petit Blanc, Lumiere and Brosh, along with Le Champignon Sauvage and the Mayflower. The Brewery entertainment complex is also home to a variety of restaurants, including Portuguese, Italian, Mexican and Chinese.

True food lovers will flock to the annual food and drink festival, one of the many annual festivals hosted by the racecourse.

Education

Cheltenham has an enviable reputation for high quality education in both the state and independent sectors. On the state side, both Leckhampton CofE Primary and Warden Hill Primary are within easy reach of the development, with Cheltenham Bourneside School also close by for older pupils.

Private education is provided by a range of highly regarded institutions within the town, including Dean Close School and Cheltenham College, which offer education from prep to sixth form, and Cheltenham Ladies College, which offers education from 11+. There are also a number of independent prep schools that feed these establishments.

Leisure

Cheltenham is a well known international cultural centre with a wide variety of venues staging productions for all tastes, from theatre and comedy to music and dance. Check the full programmes at the Everyman, Playhouse or Beacon theatres, or watch out for special performances at Cheltenham Town Hall or the impressive Centaur at the race course. Ways To Help You Move

Part Exchange

The chain free way to upgrade to a new Redrow home

With no lengthy chains getting in the way, and all your estate agent fees paid for you, Part Exchange is the easiest and most straightforward way to move to your new dream home.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, then pop down to the development that’s caught your eye and have a chat with one of our Sales Consultants. They’ll not only tell you which of the properties are available for Part Exchange, they’ll fill you in on all the finer details.

If you’re happy with what you hear, you’ll then be asked to complete a simple questionnaire. When that’s done, we’ll set the ball rolling by arranging for an independent estate agent to value your home.

Then, if the value of your property is at least 35% lower than the value of your chosen Redrow home, you could be sending out the ‘We’ve Moved’ cards before you know it.

For Part Exchange to take place, the value of your property must usually be a minimum 35% less than your chosen home. Subject to availability, on selected plots only

towards estate agents' fees

What is Mastermove?

Mastermove is a great way to make moving home simpler. With Mastermove, we'll arrange the valuations, appoint an estate agent to conduct your home's marketing activity and take the paperwork off your hands too.

Who is it for?

For all homeowners looking for a hassle free way to sell their home. So whether you want to move up, downsize or even step sideways, Mastermove could be the best move you could make.

How does it work?

Mastermove helps you move into your brand new Redrow home in three simple steps:

What should I do next?

For an easier way to move, talk to a Redrow Sales Consultant today about how Mastermove can help get you moving.

The contribution towards *estate agent's' fees will vary depending on the property being purchased. Please liaise with our Sales Consultants for full details. Please note, if having sold your property through Mastermove, you decide for any reason you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase of the Redrow home, then you become responsible for the estate agent's fees and costs. If a customer completes on their related sale prior to the completion of their Redrow home they must pay the estate agent fees in full and the Redrow fee contribution will be reimbursed upon legal completion. Subject to build stage.
