About the Development

Elements at Cerney on the Water is an exclusive development of prestigious four and five bedroom homes located on the northern edge of Bradleys Lake in the Cotswold Water Park. Each Elements home has been designed to work effortlessly and in complete harmony with its surroundings. With a fusion of traditional elements that belong to South Cerney and the Cotswolds including traditional stone, slate roofs and textured, weathered cladding that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Knowing that the homes at Elements would be permanent residences had a profound effect on the design process, with designers considering the surrounding environment through seasonal changes and designed the homes to make every day living there a joy. The homes have been arranged in an arc to give each a share of the water’s edge, a southerly aspect and open views across the lake.
