Regency Walk is a prestigious new development of delightfully designed and traditionally built homes located at the southern gateway to the Cotswolds. There is a superb choice of three, four and five bedroom new homes on offer, carefully designed with extensive use of natural stone and slate to blend in with traditional Cotswold architecture.

Situated amidst beautiful countryside on the eastern edge of Tetbury, Regency Walk is perfectly placed to enjoy all that this historic town has to offer. Tetbury, which can trace its history back to 681 when Tetta’s Monastery was mentioned in a charter by King Ethelred of Mercia, was an important market town for the Cotswolds’ wool trade and the town centre is still dominated by the splendid pillared Market House, built in 1655.

The town has a wonderful variety of shops and awide choice of tea shops, bistros, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Many businesses hold the Royal Warrant and bear the heraldic badge of the Prince of Wales, who’s family residence, Highgrove, is located just to the south west of the town. Tetbury is almost equidistant from both the M4 and M5 motorways, putting Regency Walk just over 9 miles from junction 17 of the M4 and 10 miles to junction 13 of the M5. The nearest train station is around seven miles away in Kemble. There is a regular direct service to London Paddington with a journey time of around 1 hour 20 minutes and direct trains to Cheltenham, taking around an hour. The town has a range of good schools, including St Mary’s Church of England VA Primary School, and the Sir William Romney’s Secondary School.
