The first stages of Home Farm have proven to be immensely popular with buyers as a result of a mixture of different house styles to help create a traditional village community.
The most recent phase where houses, apartments and bungalows are being built to suit buyers, with 32 of these properties being affordable homes.
The House Farm development will deliver 371 homes, 104 of which will be affordable for buyers. The houses are scheduled to go on sale early 2017, where the interested buyers will be invited in for a call to find out more.
A lot of recent buys have taken full advantage of the Government help scheme, which allows purchasers to secure their ideal home with only a 5% deposit.
