The town’s market takes place three times a week, all year round, and offers shoppers around 150 stalls from which to choose, selling clothes, food and homewares.

Transport

Fleetwood lies at the northern end of Blackpool Transport’s tramway, which runs for about 12 miles in total. Blackpool is also accessible by bus or road. Principal routes to and from Fleetwood include the A587 and A585, with links to the M55 and M6, which means that Preston is within easy reach.
There are numerous public transport options, with railway stations in nearby Poulton-le-Fylde or Blackpool North. Travelling further afield, Manchester Airport itself is just 61 miles away. Similarly, Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport is 67 miles from Fleetwood.
