One of these three and four bedroom family homes near Liverpool could be yours, register your interest today and make Dover Meadows the next chapter in your family history.

The Greek Taverna, Lal Qila, The Meadows Hungry Horse and the Punchbowl are all popular with families, with Bay of Bengall, The Silver Star, The Frank Hornby and The Hare and Hounds also well regarded.

For something different, head into the city where you can choose from a huge range of different flavours and inspirations with something to suit every taste and budget. Alternatively, head for Southport or Crosby for a more refined dining experience.

Education

Good schools are one of the real strengths of Maghull, with choice of both primary and secondary schools within easy reach of the development, all rated ‘good’ in their last Ofsted report.

For younger pupils, there is a choice of Green Park School, St Andrew’s Maghull CofE Primary, Northway Primary or St John Bosco Catholic Primary. There is plenty to do in and around Maghull without having to venture into the city. Switch Island is home to an Odeon multi-screen cinema, and you’ll find many more attractions along the A59 in Aintree, leading to the famous Grand National Racecourse, where you’ll find regular meetings as well as a calendar of other events throughout the year.

Sports fans will enjoy Meadows Leisure Centre, as well as the brand new facilities added to the Town Hall as part of an £8.2m facelift. Mossock Hall golf Club lies close to the development, with the championship courses of the Southport coast all just a short drive away.

Shopping

Central Square Shopping Centre in Maghull offers a good selection of both High Street names and local independent shops and stores. Heading towards Liverpool, you’ll find a choice of retail parks along the A59, featuring DIY and home furnishing styles stores.

Of course, for a serious shopping trip, Liverpool will never let you down. Just twenty minutes away by train you can choose between the brand new £1bn Liverpool One development, with its flagship John Lewis and Debenhams stores, the quirky independents of Cavern Walks and the Albert Dock, or the traditional High Street shopping of Church Street and the surrounding area. When it comes to shopping the city really does have something for everyone.
