This beautiful new development features a range of two, three and five-bedroom homes in the stunning rural location of Llantilio Pertholey, a village just north of the market town of Abergavenny in Monmouthshire.

Abergavenny is a delightful town with excellent amenities to add to the local facilities that you'll find in Llantilio Pertholey. It's earned the nickname of The Gateway to Wales, as it's on the fabulous scenic route, the A40, which takes you right across the Brecon Beacons National Park to Carmarthen. From Abergavenny it's only 6 miles to the border with England at Pandy, and the rural county of Herefordshire. A new home at Willow Court puts all this within easy reach, as well as to Newport, due south. From there you can pick up the M4, the main route across South Wales that connects Cardiff, Port Talbot and Swansea, and over the Severn Bridge to Bristol.

The town centre showcases a delightful mixture of the old and the new. The Cibi Walk Arcade contains a selection of the usual high-street names, whilst elsewhere in the town there are many smaller independent shops and boutiques. There is also a Waitrose supermarket here.

Llantilio Pertholey, lies beneath the Skirrid, on the edge of the Black Mountains. If you enjoy the great outdoors there's no better place to be, with the hills of the Brecon Beacons to the west and the Black Mountains just to the north. You'll also be close to the River Usk and the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal, so you will be in an ideal location to enjoy the area's beautiful scenery from the peaceful riverside and towpath walks. There are also boats and canoes for hire if you'd prefer to take to the water to enjoy the views.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for enjoying outdoor pursuits. The nearby River Usk is renowned as one of the best salmon rivers in Wales, but if fishing isn't for you, you can head into the hills. Local walks will lead you to the top of one of several mountains. The Blorenge and The Sugarloaf provide spectacular views, while the Skirrid has a steep initial climb, which then breaks out onto a long ridgeway leading to an old ruined chapel at the highest point. There are also horseriding, hang gliding and paragliding facilities nearby.

Approximately 30 mins from the M4, the development is within reach of the UK motorway network for travel further afield. Abergavenny train station is also easily accessible, linking to Newport in approximately 25 mins, Cardiff Central in 42 mins and Bristol Parkway in 56 mins.
