Moorland Grove is located just over 7 miles from Bristol City centre, in the popular Lawrence Weston area between Shirehampton and Henbury. The development of just 75 houses, will be built on the former Lawrence Weston Secondary School site and will offer a great choice of two and three-bedroom homes.

A new home at Moorland Grove gives you easy access to the M5, the M49 for South Wales, and Bristol Portway, the link between the city centre and Avonmouth.

When you're not heading in or out of the city, you can enjoy 650 acres of parkland at the Blaise Castle Estate. It's less than a mile away on Kings Weston Road, is open to the public every day, and includes the castle, a museum, a children's play area, and a café. A little further away, Clifton Downs and the National Trust's Leigh Woods, give you even more wonderful green space to make the most of.

There are a number of shops close to the development, including Lidl and Co-op. A short trip into the city takes you to the shopping areas of Cabot Circus, Park Street and Clifton. Cribbs Causeway is a huge edge of town retail centre offering all the main brands.

For those of you who enjoy sport, there are two professional football clubs to choose from, Bristol Rovers and Bristol City, while Bristol Bears compete in Rugby Union's Premier League. Art lovers can visit the Royal West of England Academy of Art, the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery, and you can even download the Banksy Bristol Trail smartphone app which features an interactive map that guides you to each of Banksy's remaining pieces in Bristol. The Downs is a wonderful open green space for picnics, high above the Avon.

Moorland Grove's location is ideal for those commuting into the city. A short walk takes you to the local bus route, with regular services offering a good alternative to using the car. It's also perfectly situated to get out and about into the surrounding areas, with the M5 taking you further afield.
