Warren Grove lies just off the main A379 Exeter to Newton Abbot road, with Exeter just 12 miles to the north and Newton Abbot 11 miles west. The centre of Dawlish is just 2 miles away, with Torquay 12 miles and Plymouth 44 miles. Alternatively trains from Dawlish Station run direct to Exeter in approximately 20 minutes, and to Plymouth, via Newton Abbot, in around an hour, along one of Britain’s most scenic rail routes. Ferries from Plymouth connect to a range of continental destinations in Spain and France, while Exeter Airport offers a choice of European flights just 17 miles from the development.
