About the Development

Situated to the north east of historic Exeter, the village of Pinhoe has a long history of its own, dating back over 1,000 years to the days of the famous Battle of Pinhoe between the Saxons and Vikings. Saxon Brook is positioned close to what is believed to be the location of this battle. Today it offers the perfect balance of traditional Devon country life, with all the advantages of the city within easy reach. You’ll also find yourself conveniently close to the M5 and Exeter Airport, there are also direct trains to London from Pinhoe Station.

Exeter has so much to offer with its blend of old and new, just like Redrow’s award winning Heritage Collection, with its blend of traditional architecture and modern interior design.
