Colchester Zoo is around 15 minutes’ drive away.

The nearest train station to Hollytree Walk is Hythe, less than 10 minutes’ drive away and from there regular services run to Clacton, Frinton, Witham, Chelmsford, Stratford and London Liverpool Street (journey time around an hour). Colchester North Station, which is just over 10 minutes’ drive away, is the main station in the town, with frequent trains to Ipswich and Norwich, in addition to Chelmsford and London Liverpool Street (journey time from around 50 minutes). Major roads easily accessible from Hollytree Walk include the A12 (for Ipswich, Lowestoft, Chelmsford, Brentwood and London), the A133 (for Clacton and Weeley), and the A120 (for Harwich, Braintree, Stansted Airport and Bishop’s Stortford). Stansted Airport is 50 minutes’ drive away via the A120.
