Shared ownership gives you the opportunity to get your foot on the property ladder at a price you can afford.

You qualify for shared ownership if you:

• Have a household income of under £80,000 (£90,000 in London)
• Don't currently own your home and can't afford to on the open market
• Can afford the minimum deposit
• Pass an affordability check to make sure you can get a mortgage

*This is based on a 25% share (£93,750) of a one bedroom apartment valued from £375,000 with a 5% mortgage deposit (£4,688). The share you purchase is dependent on affordability and your personal circumstances.

* The offer applies to new sales only. To qualify, reservations must be made by 11th November 2022 with sale completed by Friday 23rd December 2022. The offer is to pay legal fees up to the value of £1,500 and Love2Shop vouchers up to the value of £2,000 (or a combination there of). The maximum value of the offer is £3,500 including VAT.
