We’re creating two parallel, car-free mews streets, lined with 10 three storey south facing terrace houses. These mews streets link into the wider network of open spaces and routes in the area. The houses are crafted to maximise aspect and light into the homes but avoid any overlooking of existing adjacent properties. The top two floors of each house step back to introduce distinctive corner windows, and generous roof terraces provide private amenity space to complement the individual front gardens provided at ground level.
