Our new homes are in Odiham, North Hampshire which is approximately 15 minutes’ drive* from Basingstoke. Odiham is a former Royal Manor, which is reflected in the pretty historical buildings in and around the village.

The village has an eclectic mix of boutique shops to cater for most of your needs such as Allsorts gift shop, The Pickled Pepper Deli, Moutan Flowers, Libelula (ladies fashion boutique) and there are other well-known shops useful amenities such as a Post Office, barbers, Co-op and hair and beauty salons. Not forgetting P&K Electrical and Hardware Store and Fountains Coffee Shop. The high street buzzes too every Friday with a weekly food market. For food shopping there is a Tesco in Hook, and Basingstoke has may supermarkets including Sainsburys, Lidl, Aldi and Morrisons. Plus, you will find a Waitrose in nearby Farnham. If you need a greater selection of shops, Festival Place in Basingstoke is just 15 minutes’ drive, as is Farnham. Guildford and Reading are also each around just 35 minutes’ drive too.

There are plenty of choices for good schools in Odiham and children can progress from infant to junior to senior school without leaving the village, starting with Buryfields Infant School (Ofsted, Good) Mayhill Junior School (Ofsted, Good) and Robert May’s Senior School (Ofsted, Good)

For commuters Junction 5 on the M3 is minutes away and Hook Station is less than 10 minutes’ drive* and the fast trains arrive in London Waterloo in under the hour.

We know you’d love to view our new homes, but due to COVID19 we are only able to arrange viewings for those people who have applied for a home (completed the application form) and have passed the eligibility assessment, so we know we can progress the sale. We can also only arrange a viewing if we have the keys for a property so until we have taken handover, the builder still owns the property and access to the homes is limited for health and safety reasons. Thank you for your patience.
