We know you’d love to view our new homes, but due to COVID19 we are only able to arrange viewings for those people who have applied for a home (completed the application form) and have passed the eligibility assessment, so we know we can progress the sale. We can also only arrange a viewing if we have the keys for a property so until we have taken handover, the builder still owns the property and access to the homes is limited for health and safety reasons. West End is a village parish just five miles east of the city of Southampton. West End still has a lovely village feel to it despite growing in size over the last 25 years. There are some very useful amenities in the village itself such as an Asda and a Co-Operative Supermarket, charity shops, a fish and chip shop, Indian takeaway, Kebab shop, pub, bakery and there is a nearby post office. The village is pretty and has a number of listed building and landmarks such as the Moorgreen hospital, a large, ornate Victorian building, the original St James School, built in 1901, on the high street. The original West End Fire Station is now a museum in the centre of the village. Virtually opposite our new homes is the home of Hampshire County Cricket, the Ageas Bowl, for cricket fans this is a fantastic benefit and for those would enjoy the other events, such as the annual fireworks event as well as the many live music concerts held across the year at this fantastic venue. This area is also home to The Hilton Hotel with spa, and the fantastic Boundary Lakes Gold Course, for keen gold enthusiasts

West End is also close to Eastleigh, Hedge End and the metropolitan city of Southampton as well as having beautiful Hampshire countryside on the doorstep. There are a few pubs to try in West End, starting with West End Brewery on the High Street, which serves-up real ales and classic pub meals. West End also has a community café called Hatch Café, this is based in the Parish Centre. They serve homemade cakes, sandwiches, soup, teas and coffees.

There are a number of good pre-schools and schools close by including Little Gems Pre-school, St James’ Primary School and Wildern senior school. Close by you also have Eastleigh College and Barton Peveril Sixth Form College for older children.

West End is close to the M27 & M3 for travel & commuting further afield to Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester. At nearby Southampton Airport train station there are fast commuter trains to London which get you to London Waterloo in just over 55 minutes.
