The nearest railway station is Morpeth, less than five miles away, with trains running from there to Cramlington, Newcastle, Durham, Berwick and Edinburgh, among other destinations. Journey time to Newcastle Central Station from Morpeth is around 15 minutes.  Major roads easily accessible from the development include the A1, the A189 and the A19. Newcastle International Airport is around nine miles away via the A1 and the A696.
