The town has a Cineworld and many events, fairs and classes are run at Didcot Civic Hall. Sports and fitness fans can choose from three leisure centres and around 50 clubs, and there many groups catering for a wide range of leisure interests. Relax at Mowbray Fields Nature Reserve, or wander in Millennium Wood at the Hagbourne Triangle. Children will love Edmonds Park with 21 acres of sports and play areas, or Ladygrove Park with a further 28 acres. For anglers and wildlife watchers, visit Ladygrove Lakes.

Hadden Grove is just off the A4130 that joins the A34, 4 miles away. Oxford is to the north and Junction 13 of the M4 to the south. The A4130 also leads east to Wantage, or west to Wallingford, Henley-on-Thames, and Reading via the A4074. Didcot Parkway railway station is a little over a mile from Hadden Grove from where trains run direct to Oxford, taking about 12 minutes, or to Paddington, around 45 minutes. For air travel Heathrow Airport is 42 miles away.
