The Barns is our new development in Newdale just outside Telford, an exciting new community that’s proving an ever-popular place to call home. Our family-sized homes, in a range of different house styles, mean you're bound to find something that's just up your street.

Telford is halfway between Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury, with the M54 and the A5 connecting the two. Newdale itself is conveniently close to Junction 6 of the motorway, so a new home here is an excellent choice if you need to commute to work in the West Midlands. Telford’s train station is a bonus too, with direct services to Birmingham New Street, taking you into the heart of the city in under an hour or to Shrewsbury in 20 minutes.

Telford is known as the birthplace of industry, an area internationally recognised as being important to our industrial past. Today however, the area offers all the modern conveniences you could need. Indeed, the town is a hub of activity for those of you looking for entertainment. Just two miles away from The Barns the town boasts a wide array of shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities as well a shopping centre with over 160 stores, including all the big name high street brands and department stores.

You'll have easy access to the beautiful Shropshire countryside from The Barns. The winding Severn Valley and the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are on hand for days out in the fresh air. Telford is dominated by The Wrekin, a large hill, 407 metres high, a walker's challenge indeed! Much Wenlock is a stunning historic village just to the south, with ancient timbered houses that are characteristic of the area. Ironbridge is another famous historic landmark. With Shrewsbury for riverside walks and boat trips, you certainly won't be short of ideas.
