Located in picturesque rural surroundings just over two miles from the Staffordshire town of Burton-upon-Trent, Beamhill Heights offers beautiful homes to suit a variety of needs, from first-time buyers to growing families.

The development is situated between the villages of Anslow and Stretton and benefits from a range of essential shops and amenities, whilst being within very easy reach of the leisure facilities and services of Burton-upon-Trent. The town offers a choice of shopping centres – the main one is Coopers Square - an indoor and outdoor market, and a popular farmer's market. Burton on Trent's railway station provides CrossCountry services between Derby and Birmingham, making this a convenient location if you need to travel around the Midlands. The surrounding countryside, which includes reservoirs, country parks, cycle paths, and canal walks, presents recreational opportunities for all the family and gives the area a lovely rural feel.

The area is close to some good amenities, including a local supermarket and post office, as well as a selection of small retail outlets, independent cafes and local pubs. Just two miles away in the market town of Burton upon Trent, there's a wide choice of high street stores, cafés, restaurants and bars. You have all the main supermarkets to choose from too - Sainsbury's, Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, and Lidl.

Just six minutes from Beamhill Heights, National Forest Adventure Farm is a popular adventure play park with animals and a restaurant. A further 10 minutes takes you to Branston Water Park, a great location for wind surfing, boating, walks and picnics. There are also three scenic reservoirs in the vicinity, with plenty of wildlife to enjoy.
Burton upon Trent is known as the capital of brewing, so take a trip to Marston's or Coors breweries where you can learn about the history of the breweries, take guided tours to see the process in action, and of course try some samples.

For travel links, the A38 and M42 provide direct links with Derby to the north, Birmingham to the south, and Leicester to the east. For those looking to travel further afield, the M6 and M1 are also close by. Nearby Burton upon Trent railway station has direct services to Birmingham and Derby throughout the day, and from there you can connect for services to London and Manchester.
