Famous for its mills and distinct character, Framlingham is a market town of Anglo-Saxon origin in the coastal district of Suffolk. Rich in history and with a close-knit community, the town is a Conservation Area with some 74 listed buildings, including its very own medieval castle.

The area surrounding the 12th century Framlingham Castle is breathtaking and considered to be the best view in inland Suffolk. Framlingham Mere, a natural haven full of wildlife, wraps around the castle and is surrounded by meadows. These views are even better once you walk the castle's curtain-wall, which is still well preserved today. Families can enjoy an audio commentary around the castle, explore its 13 impressive towers, or visit the exhibition, shop and Lanman local history museum.

With its friendly town community, superb schooling and beautiful countryside, Persimmon Grange will make a fantastic place to set up home.
