Saredon Gardens is situated in South Staffordshire in the rural village of Coven. It is a desirable development of superb homes built by Lovell. They offer green space and idyllic rural living. Nearby bus stops offer travel to Stafford or Wolverhampton.

We are able to offer you either 2 or 3 bedroom homes at Saredon Gardens. They are only available on the development through Severn Homes (part of the Housing Plus Group).

The 2 bed provides an excellent layout and use of space and the 3 bed provides an open plan kitchen/diner family area with a further study/dining room. This can of course be used as further sitting room/snug and because of this we have asked for the inclusion of a television point for your convenience.

We would encourage you to go to the development and enjoy the show home. We will later guide you through drawings and plans of the homes when you have decided which suits your needs and have been accepted for shared ownership with us. The specification and layout will obviously differ from the show homes available.
