You can also make use of the convenient transport links to shop in other nearby towns including or even to take a trip to the capital city.

Transport

Kettering is served by a great range of transport links, connecting the town with London and the rest of the UK as well as Europe. The A14 links Kettering with the dual carriageway of the A45 and with the M1 and M6 motorways, offering road travel in most directions. The A43 runs towards the local county town, Northampton, which can be reached in under half an hour. A local bus service runs regularly and covers a number of the smaller towns and villages. By rail, Kettering station has a service which runs every 30 minutes for St Pancras International, taking around one hour. Other services from Kettering include those to Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Sheffield, Luton, Bedford and Wellingborough.
