Chinnor is a little village which over the years has embraced an impressive mix of architectural styles. Old Kiln Lakes brings its own sense of style to the former Cement Works site, offering a wide variety of modern homes to suit all needs in a very pretty setting.

The village has a small number of shops including a Spar convenience store, a baker, butcher, pharmacy, garden centre and several takeaways. The Ridgeway long distance footpath crosses the site on an elevated causeway and recreational trips are offered on the private Chinnor and Princes Risborough Railway that defines the north western boundary.

For more extensive shops and amenities, High Wycombe and Aylesbury are both approximately 8 miles away and it's just 13 miles into Oxford.
