Find your perfect new home in the heart of the Somerset Levels…

Parrett Gardens is our new development of two, three and four bedroom homes, located in the ancient market town of Langport, Somerset.

  • Choice of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes
  • Good local amenities
  • Excellent transport links

Langport lies at a strategic crossing point of the River Parrett and its central location makes it a thriving hub for nearby villages, yet is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding areas on foot or bike and or by car.  Set in the heart of the Somerset Levels, Parrett Gardens enjoys flora and fauna which has remained relatively unchanged for years.

Langport boasts a choice of facilities, including a library, medical centre, post office and pharmacy. There's a great selection of retail outlets ranging from supermarkets to independent shops as well as craft workshops and many excellent places to eat and drink.

A network of predominantly level footpaths takes you along beside the River Parrett (part of the River Parrett Trail), through Northmoor or around the town. There are seats and picnic tables in the Walter Bagehot Town Garden and on Cocklemoor for you to rest and enjoy the beautiful tranquil views.

The Hill, which is the oldest part of town, provides unrivalled views of the surrounding countryside, as well as an eclectic mix of fine old buildings.

Especially notable are the distinctive Hanging Chapel in the old town wall on The Hill; the two parish churches of All Saints' and St Mary's and the houses on Bow Street which lean gently backwards, likely caused because their fronts had the benefit of the foundation of the Roman causeway.

Education for everyone

Education for children aged 11 to 18 is provided by Huish Episcopi Academy a mixed secondary school, which has recently received a rating of 'good' from Ofsted. For younger children aged 4 to 11, there is Huish Episcopi Primary School which is near the centre of Langport.

Not only can you enjoy walking and cycling in and around Langport, but a short distance away you'll be able to shop ‘til you drop at the Clarks Village, Street or visit the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton which is devoted to the history of British naval aviation.

With something for everyone, make your move now to Parrett Gardens. Arrange an appointment  to hear more about this development.
