A desireable new development of a selection of homes that will be set in this charming village of Yarnfield with post office and shop for immediate needs and a public house surrounded by open countryside.

Only 3 miles from the old market town of Stone and less than 10 miles to Stafford makes Yarnfield an ideal place to live.

So if you're looking for a home in a village feel location but still within reach of bustling towns, your search ends here!

Yarnfield has a village like feel with its own Post Office and shop for immediate needs, while nearby Stone is known as the 'Food and Drink Capital' of the county with a wide choice of cuisine, regular themed markets and events, local shops and a supermarket. In historic Stafford you'll find the Guildhall Shopping Centre with 40 outlets, plus a selection of independent shops and major High Street names, supermarkets and retail parks. For city shopping Stoke-on-Trent's The Potteries Shopping Centre has more than 90 shops, plus High Street stores.

With a home at Green Acres you can get involved in village events and activities or visit some of the county's many attractions. The Alleyne's Sports Centre in Stone has great facilities and you can eat out at idyllic Aston Marina on the Trent and Mersey Canal. The World's Capital of Ceramics - Stoke-on-Trent - has more than 25 pottery factory shops, plus tours and museums. See the Italian Gardens at Trentham Estate, visit Monkey Forest or be thrilled at Alton Towers Theme Park. Go racing at Uttoxeter, cross the Keep at Stafford Castle or see a show at Stafford's Gatehouse Theatre. This development is ideally situated with activities and facilities to suit all ages.

Yarnfield is within easy access of the A34 at Stone, which takes you north to Stoke-on-Trent and south to the county town of Stafford, both approximately 10 miles away. Junctions 14 and 15 of the M6 are a similar distance linking the area to the northwest and the Midlands. Buses run from the village to both Stone and Stafford and trains run from Stone railway station, four miles away, to Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford and a semi-fast hourly-service goes direct to London Euston. For air travel Birmingham International Airport and Manchester Airport are just under 50 miles.
