Saltwells Mount is on an elevated site with attractive woodland on one side and the hidden gem of Saltwells Nature Reserve to the other. Surrounded by numerous footpaths, spectacular trees and wildlife, it's perfect for those who enjoy outdoor life. Saltwells Wood was planted in the 18th century to hide the scars of coal mining, and nature has certainly made the best of its room to flourish. Here you can enjoy a carpet of anemones and bluebells in spring through to a wide spectrum of colours in autumn.

With its great location close to a host of facilities, yet with nature on your doorstep; fantastic schooling nearby, plus a wide choice of modern homes, Saltwells Mount could be your perfect place to call home. Make an appointment now to come and see us.

Saltwells Mount is close to the popular residential locations of Cradley Heath and Quarry Bank and has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the local existing housing designs. Situated only 1.5 miles from Merry Hill Shopping Centre, the development is in a perfect situation if you work in Merry Hill or indeed want to make use of its plentiful shopping and leisure facilities.

Often called the capital of the Black Country, Dudley was originally a market town and one of the birthplaces of the Industrial Revolution. After the boom in the 19th century of its iron, coal, and limestone industries, the town's commercial centre moved to the nearby Merry Hill Shopping Centre where it's still a thriving and popular hub of shopping and leisure activities. Tourist attractions nearby include the majestic 13th century ruins of Dudley Castle; Dudley Zoo, which is built into the castle grounds, and is home to a large collection of endangered species; and the Black Country Living Museum.

If you like to keep fit there are many facilities found within a 2 mile radius of the development such as Merry Hill and David Lloyd in Dudley, or Hayden Hill Leisure Centre in Cradley Heath. If you're a fan of getting out and about in the fresh air, as well as the Nature Reserve on your doorstep, there's also a wealth of canals in the local area many of which have been upgraded for cycling, providing a network of pathways for all to enjoy.

There are excellent bus services provided adjacent to the site on Saltwells Road interconnecting with Merry Hill.

For those travelling by car, the A458 gives access to the M5 nearby Halesowen or the A4036 gives vehicle access back into Dudley town centre.

The nearest train station can be found just 1 mile away at Cradley Heath and is on the Birmingham to Worcester via Kidderminster Line. For destinations further afield Birmingham Airport is around 21 miles to the east.
