The Sedgley Beacon, Beacon Hill is one of the highest points in the West Midlands, well known for its fossils. There are also green places to walk around the area.
Within Sedgley is the Dormston Centre. Built with funding from The National Lottery and Sport England it boasts a large sports hall, outdoor pitch, synthetic pitch, hall, gym, drama studio & fitness classes as well as a 350-seat purpose built theatre, home to a number of amateur theatre groups. Ten minutes drive and you’re at Dudley’s Showcase Cinema, a modern multiscreen cinema complex.
