Amenities

Residents of Redrow's new homes at The Green at Horsforth Vale will find all their needs catered for by the local amenities. There are plenty of shops, thanks in part to the close proximity of Leeds and Bradford, and plenty of leisure options. As far as more essential services go, medical care is covered by the nearby Fieldhead Surgery, with Poplars Dental Practice and The Strand Dental Practice ensuring that your mouth remains equally healthy. If you have more serious or specialist medical needs, Leeds General Infirmary is an easy journey away, and close enough to provide a quick response in an emergency.

Dining

A varied selection of dining options can be found local to residents of The Green at Horsforth Vale. Those looking for a quick and easy option for eating out will enjoy a trip to the local branch of Pizza Hut. Those looking for more variety and a more unique dining experience, on the other hand, can find a wide menu on offer at The Olive Tree or the Calverley Arms which has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Those who prefer a casual meal in a friendly, social pub atmosphere can take a trip to The Railway Inn situated in a lovely woodland setting on the banks of the Leeds to Liverpool Canal which caters for those who just want a social drink, as does local bar Bar 166.

Education

Of course, families with children will want to be sure that there are good schools in the area before moving into a new development, and Redrow always consider this fact when choosing locations. Luckily, The Green at Horsforth Vale is brilliantly situated for this purpose. Young children can receive their primary education from West End Primary, Newlaithes Primary or Calverley C of E Primary School. Alternatively, the Froebelian School provides independent education to children aged 3-11 and has been rated ninth in the country. Horsforth School and Brenton Park School provide secondary education, with A-levels and further qualifications on offer from Leeds City College. School leavers who want local access to higher education will find it easy to travel to either the University of Leeds or Leeds Metropolitan University.

Leisure

Those who like to go out and make the most of their leisure time can enjoy a range of local leisure options when living in homes at The Green. As well as the range of local pubs, bars and restaurants, there are places such as the Odeon cinema and a wide variety of sports facilities. Farsley Cricket, bowling and hockey club, for example, provides a selection of activities. Golf fans are particularly well catered for, with Horsforth Golf Club nearby as well as Rawdon Golf and Lawn Tennis Club. For those who enjoy quieter leisure time, the scenic area with plenty of fields is ideal for taking a peaceful walk.

Please note, if having sold your property through Mastermove, you decide for any reason you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase of the Redrow home, then you become responsible for the estate agent's fees and costs. If a customer completes on their related sale prior to the completion of their Redrow home they must pay the estate agent fees in full and the Redrow fee contribution will be reimbursed upon legal completion. Subject to build stage.

Part Exchange

The chain free way to upgrade to a new Redrow home

With no lengthy chains getting in the way, and all your estate agent fees paid for you, Part Exchange is the easiest and most straightforward way to move to your new dream home.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, then pop down to the development that’s caught your eye and have a chat with one of our Sales Consultants. They’ll not only tell you which of the properties are available for Part Exchange, they’ll fill you in on all the finer details.

If you’re happy with what you hear, you’ll then be asked to complete a simple questionnaire. When that’s done, we’ll set the ball rolling by arranging for an independent estate agent to value your home.

Then, if the value of your property is at least 35% lower than the value of your chosen Redrow home, you could be sending out the ‘We’ve Moved’ cards before you know it.

For Part Exchange to take place, the value of your property must usually be a minimum 35% less than your chosen home. Subject to availability, on selected plots only
