Try Evesham Balti, Thai Emerald, the Blue Lagoon, the River Avon Chinese or Rilys Indian, all of which come highly recommended. Alternatively, enjoy a meal and a drink at The Trumpet, The Royal Oak or the Olde Road House in Evesham, or The Bridge Inn and Ferry near the development in Offenham.

Education

Education is naturally the number one priority for young families, and Evesham will not let you down. The town operates a three tier schools policy, with middle and senior schools fed by a choice of 12 first or primary schools in the area, including the OFSTED rated ‘Good’ Offenham CofE First School near to Maple Gardens and St Mary’s Catholic Primary in the town.

Middle schools include Blackminster Middle and The DeMontford School, which offers both middle and senior education, both rated ‘Good’. Evesham is also home to Prince Henry’s High, which is rated as ‘Outstanding’ across the board, achieving excellent results for all pupils lucky enough to gain a place.

Leisure

Evesham is self-contained when it comes to sport, leisure and evening entertainment, with something for everyone to enjoy. Leisure often centres on the River Avon, which winds around the town, with Evesham Paddlesports and Evesham Sailing clubs making the most of the water. The town also has a leisure centre with two pools and a climbing wall, as well as both Evesham and Twyford golf courses.

Evesham Country Park has a garden centre for the grown ups and a miniature railway for the kids, and there are endless other leisure possibilities for all the family in the nearby Cotswolds and Malvern Hills.

Shopping

Evesham has a traditional High Street with a range of big name and independent stores, along with the Riverside Shopping Centre, with 16 different shops and stores, or the Four Pools Retail Park, where you’ll find the likes of B&Q and Currys, plus a popular Frankie and Benny’s restaurant.

For a more extensive shop, jump a train to the Crown Gate and Cathedral Plaza shopping centres in Worcester, or discover Bards Walk in Stratford upon Avon.

Transport

The development lies just off the main A46 Evesham Bypass, around 2miles outside of the town. Stratford upon Avon is around 15miles, Worcester 18miles, Cheltenham 19miles and Warwick and Gloucester around 25miles. The M5 at J7 northbound, and J9 southbound, is within easy reach at around 15miles, as is the M40 around 23miles away. Birmingham International Airport is around three quarters of an hour’s drive away.

Evesham Station, in the middle of the town, has 70 park and ride commuter spaces, and offers regular trains to Worcester in 20minutes, Oxford in just over 50minutes and direct to London Paddington in under two hours.
