SHHO is part of Southern Housing Group. Over the last 100 years, the Group has become one of the largest housing associations in south east England, housing 35,000 residents, owning and managing 19,000 homes, employing 500 people and working with more than 50 local authorities. SHHO is a not-for-profit organisation and the Group's activity is regulated by the Housing Corporation (who report to Parliament). SHHO are not driven by commissions or sales targets. Their mission is simple - to make housing affordable and provide a long-term service to their clients. Any surplus they make goes back into the development of more affordable housing and improvements to the service the Group offers.
